Terms governing use of the FieldHub Learning website and tuition services in the United Kingdom.
1. Agreement
By accessing https://service-fieldhub.click or booking tuition with FieldHub Learning you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book lessons.
2. Who we are

3. Educational nature
Lessons teach chart-reading craft. They are not investment advice, broking, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Past chart examples do not predict future results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.
4. Bookings and information on this site
Descriptions of lessons, schedules, and rates are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it in writing (email is sufficient) and any required deposit is received. We may decline a booking if a cohort is full or if a lesson is unsuitable for the stated experience level.
5. Intellectual property
Worksheets, replay packs, written feedback, and site content belong to FieldHub Learning or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study connected to a lesson you attended. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from our packs without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access), submit false booking details, harass staff or other participants, or record lessons without permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, FieldHub Learning is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential loss, or decisions you make after attending a lesson. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson.
8. Third-party services
Charting platforms, data feeds, and brokers you use are outside our control. Their terms apply separately.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
