Refunds and cancellations
Eligibility, timeframes, and process for refunds on FieldHub Learning lessons, deposits, and Practice Desk bookings.
Scope
This policy covers fees for FieldHub Learning lessons: the Candlestick Behaviour Intensive, Session Timing Practice Lab, one-to-one chart coaching, Morning Open Review packs, and Practice Desk evenings. It does not cover broker fees, data subscriptions, or third-party software you buy separately.
Cooling-off for distance bookings
If you book at a distance (for example by email) as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of booking confirmation unless the lesson has already begun with your agreement to waive the cooling-off right for that date. Contact hello@service-fieldhub.click to cancel in writing.
Deposits
A deposit holds a seat on an intensive or lab. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel more than seven days before the first session, or if we cancel the cohort. Inside seven days, deposits are non-refundable unless we move you to a later cohort by agreement.
Full lesson fees
- Intensive or lab cancelled by us: full refund of fees paid for that booking, or a free transfer to the next equivalent cohort.
- You cancel more than seven days before start: refund of fees paid minus any non-refundable deposit rule above.
- You cancel inside seven days: no refund of the lesson fee; we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer if another seat exists.
- No-show: no refund.
Partial attendance
If you miss one intensive evening, we offer one make-up seat in a later block when space allows; missed evenings are not refunded proportionally once the cohort has started. Lab and Practice Desk sessions are single sittings — late arrival does not create a partial refund.
Coaching and morning reviews
Coaching may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. Morning Open Review single mornings are transferable to another date in the same calendar month when notice is given 12 hours ahead; packs follow the same notice rules per morning.
Work already started and materials
Once an intensive evening or lab has begun, materials issued (printed packs, replay files) remain yours; their value is not refunded separately. Feedback already written is not “returned” as a cash item.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. We confirm the outcome by email.
How to request a refund
Email hello@service-fieldhub.click with your name, lesson name, booking date, and reason. Phone +44 20 0000 6520 if you need help locating the booking reference. We respond within five working days.
Exceptions
If illness or travel disruption prevents attendance, write as soon as possible. We consider transfers first; goodwill partial refunds are discretionary and documented in writing.
