Practice Desk

Supervised evenings for self-directed candlestick mark-ups and session timing drills — quieter than a lab, more structured than studying alone.

What the desk is

The Practice Desk is a booked evening in our London hall where traders mark charts under light supervision. There is no lecture block. A tutor remains available to challenge a read, check session language, or suggest which replay segment to run next.

Who it suits

  • Graduates of the Candlestick Behaviour Intensive using their included evening
  • Lab attendees who want another pass at London open or New York overlap timing
  • Self-directed traders who already mark candles and need a quiet, timed room

How an evening runs

  1. Arrive and set the clock — choose Asian handoff, London open, or New York overlap as your focus window.
  2. Mark without commentary for the first forty minutes.
  3. Tutor circuit — brief questions at each desk; no public grading.
  4. Closing compare — optional two-minute share of one candle sequence that changed your note.

Booking rules

Evenings run Tuesday to Thursday, typically 18:30–21:00. Capacity is eight desks. Intensive graduates receive one complimentary evening within a fortnight of their final class; additional evenings are £55. Write via contact with two preferred dates.

What to bring

Printed or tablet charts, pencils, and your session worksheet. We supply spare blanks and a shared wall clock. Data feeds and broker logins remain your responsibility.

Next lesson if you need more structure

If the desk feels too quiet, move to a Session Timing Practice Lab or the Candlestick Behaviour Intensive. For a stubborn personal chart, book one-to-one coaching.
